Accident News: Mcd’s uncontrollable truck overturned on laborers sleeping in Delhi, four people died

In a painful accident near Delhi’s Zakhira, a truck crushed many laborers, out of which four people died. This accident happened in Anand Parvat police station area. The dead include husband-wife and father-son.

According to the information, the dead have been identified as Ramesh, Sonam, Kallu and 4-year-old child Anuj, while the 5th person is said to be injured. He has been identified as Motilal. He has been admitted to the nearest hospital. Ramesh and Sonam were husband and wife. Kallu and Anuj were father and son.

According to Delhi Police, eyewitnesses have revealed that the speeding truck lost its balance and overturned on the laborers engaged in road construction. All are migrant laborers from Tikamgarh in MP. The identity of the injured driver is yet to be ascertained. Further investigation is underway.

According to the police, at around 1:27 am, a PCR call was received at police station Anand Parvat about a truck overturning and it was told that 4-5 people were trapped. When the police reached the spot on the main Rohtak road, an overturned MCD truck was found there. With the help of a crane, the crashed truck was lifted and the laborers trapped under it were taken out. Three died on the spot. One Killu was taken to the nearby Jeevan Mala Hospital but he too succumbed to his injuries.

In the case of the death of 4 laborers in a road accident late on Friday night, the families and relatives of the deceased allege that the police is not ready to take any action on it. Angered by the incident and the working style of the police, the workers blocked the road.
